Job Summary
Oversee the service department's operations, development of operations, sales and administration; provide strategic guidance and leadership to a diverse service team; manage P&L, budgets, and financial reports; drive KPI performance, and develop partnerships to grow the business within the industry marketplace. Responsible for hiring, coaching, and performance management of direct reports; ensure compliance with applicable laws and company values; collaborate with management, customers, and service and sales personnel to implement activities; lead execution of branch KPI results and achieve short- and long-term goals; requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in B2B facility services, supervisory experience, and ability to build strategic partnerships.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field, preferred
- 3 or more years of experience in the B2B Facility Services or Distribution industry, preferred
- 1 or more years of supervisory or management experience
- Strong marketing and sales strategy development experience
- Working knowledge of safety industry, preferred
- Maintain a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and ability pass a drug and background check
