Job Summary
Service Manager leads on-the-floor operations and serves as a brand ambassador, coaching and motivating the team, delivering exceptional guest experiences through hands-on service and table touches, hiring and developing staff, managing daily operations (opening/closing, scheduling, cash handling, POS), maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and brand standards, and communicating with staff, other managers, and corporate. The role emphasizes active leadership from the floor, operational systems, and growth opportunities within a family-owned restaurant expanding across the East Coast.

- 2+ years of restaurant management experience

- Calm, organized, and confident under pressure
