Service Manager

Oversee Front of House daily operations at a Texas Roadhouse location, manage Front of House employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service. Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction; enforce employment policies and maintain restaurant cleanliness and guest safety. Provide Front of House Training, conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions; manage liquor orders and costs in compliance with liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines. Support development of key employees and hourly staff through daily feedback, participate in hiring and scheduling, and create a fun, safe work environment aligned with core values.
