Job Summary
Oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage staff, and ensure Legendary Food and Service are delivered to guests. Drive sales, enforce compliance with employment policies, and oversee restaurant cleanliness and guest safety. Provide or direct all Front of House training, manage employee performance through evaluations and coaching, and control liquor costs while adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in developing key employees by providing daily feedback, review applications, interview candidates, and direct work by setting schedules and assigning tasks. Create a fun, safe environment through contests and incentives, and practice safe food handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience
- Ability to oversee all Front of House daily operations
- Ability to manage all Front of House employees
- Ability to enforce compliance with all employment policies
- Ability to oversee cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
- Ability to provide or direct all Front of House training
- Ability to manage performance of Front of House employees
- Ability to conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Ability to manage liquor orders and control liquor costs
- Knowledge of applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Ability to assist with the development of key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees
- Ability to provide daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
- Ability to review applications, interview, and hire or recommend hiring of Front of House employees
- Ability to direct work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks
- Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
