Job Summary
Oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House employees, and ensure Legendary Food and Legendary Service are delivered to guests. Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction while enforcing compliance with employment policies, overseeing cleanliness, and guaranteeing guest safety. Provide or direct all Front of House training, manage performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline, and control liquor costs by enforcing applicable laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in developing key employees and hourly staff through daily feedback, review applications, interview candidates, and direct work by setting schedules and assigning tasks. Create a fun, safe environment by implementing contests, theme nights, and incentives, while practicing safe food handling procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Experience driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Enforcing compliance with all employment policies
- Overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
- Providing or directing all Front of House training
- Managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
- Reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees
- Directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
- Understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
