Job Summary
Oversee all Front of House daily operations, drive sales, and manage Front of House employees through performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline. Enforce compliance with employment policies, liquor laws, and responsible alcohol service guidelines while ensuring restaurant cleanliness and guest safety. Direct all Front of House training, conduct one-on-one feedback sessions, and manage hiring, scheduling, and task assignments. Practice safe food handling procedures and implement contests or theme nights to foster a fun, safe environment. After 30 days, access a comprehensive total rewards package including medical plans, 401(k), and profit sharing.
Required Qualifications
- Experience driving sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction
- Experience enforcing compliance with all employment policies
- Experience overseeing cleanliness of restaurant and safety of guests
- Experience providing or directing all Front of House training
- Experience managing performance of Front of House employees, including conducting performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline
- Experience managing liquor orders and controlling liquor costs
- Experience enforcing applicable liquor laws and Responsible Alcohol Service guidelines
- Experience assisting with the development of all key employees, assistant managers, and hourly employees by providing daily feedback on performance during one-on-ones
- Experience reviewing applications, interviewing, and hiring or recommending the hiring of Front of House employees
- Experience directing work for employees including setting hours and weekly schedules and assigning tasks before, during, and after open hours of the restaurant
- Experience creating a fun, safe environment by following core values and operational goals, and implementing contests, theme nights, and creating incentives for the staff
- Experience understanding, managing, and practicing safe food handling procedures
- Passion for people and providing a legendary guest experience
