Job Summary
Oversee all Front of House daily operations, manage Front of House employees, and enforce compliance with employment policies, cleanliness, and safety standards. Drive sales, steps of service, and guest satisfaction while managing liquor orders, controlling costs, and adhering to responsible alcohol service guidelines. Provide or direct all Front of House training, conduct performance evaluations, coaching, and discipline, and assist in developing key employees and hourly staff. Review applications, interview candidates, and hire Front of House employees, directing work by setting hours, weekly schedules, and assigning tasks. Implement contests, theme nights, and incentives to create a fun, safe environment, while practicing safe food handling procedures.
