Job Summary
Monitor branch scheduling and ensure pest technician routes are completed successfully. Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards are met or exceeded while inspecting and evaluating technician performance. Respond to customer concerns, including resolving cancellation requests, and maintain inventory levels of pest control products. Facilitate continual training for local sales and service teams. Lead and motivate the local Pest Technician Team to provide outstanding service delivery across residential neighborhoods. This role requires a valid driver's license, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics.
Required Qualifications
- An associate's degree
- Must possess a valid driver's license from state of residence
- You are able to effectively lead and motivate others
- You have strong communications skills – impersonal, written, presenting
- You are good at problem solving and coming up with practical solutions
- You are able to build rapport easily and establish trust with customers and employees
- You are detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
- You have a good aptitude for basic/intermediate math-- necessary for doing calculations related to sales and service
- You should be comfortable working outside and in confined spaces like crawl spaces and attics when necessary
