Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for managing repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment, organizing the yard, scheduling service calls, ordering parts, training staff mechanics, evaluating equipment after service, handling customer complaints, creating and updating work orders, and generating service-related reports. Requires leadership in supervision, strong knowledge of equipment safety and maintenance, inventory control, parts coordination, warranty processing, and adherence to safety and quality standards. Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Extensive experience in the repair and maintenance of self-propelled platforms and lifts
- Knowledge of work planning and scheduling and other supervisory activities
- Strong understanding of equipment capabilities and safety requirements
- Clear perspective of maintenance and repair issues in the industry
- Planning and management experience
- Computer literacy
- Reporting experience
- Inventory management experience
