Service Manager

Manage repair and maintenance of company and customer equipment by organizing yard status, preparing work schedules, and handling service calls to ensure timely availability. Order parts to maintain adequate supplies, provide training to staff mechanics, and evaluate equipment after repairs or safety checks. Handle customer complaints regarding equipment condition, perform quality control checks, and update service records while creating, billing, and closing work orders. File warranty claims, commission new equipment, and manage hazardous material disposal. Generate daily reports on fleet status, open work orders, and financial trends.
