Job Summary
Oversee the Canton facility’s day-to-day operations including warehouse organization, inventory controls, and field dispatch. Directly manage and lead large crews of HVAC technicians, handling scheduling, performance, accountability, and quality. Serve as the primary on-floor point of contact for technicians, resolve issues, remove obstacles, and maintain team morale. Partner with ownership and senior leadership to align operations with company growth goals while enforcing safety standards and company policies. Track team performance and coach for continuous improvement, ensuring smooth operational flow and a high-level of service delivery.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience managing crews or teams in a trades, warehouse, or field operations environment
- Strong people management skills — able to lead, motivate, and hold accountable a high-volume technician workforce
- Hands-on, visible leadership style with a strong floor presence
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- HVAC industry experience preferred but not required — operations or trades background strongly valued
