Job Summary
Service Manager role overseeing Service Center operations including revenue, sales, profit, HR activities, training and compliance. Responsibilities include ensuring technicians are organized in appointment scheduling and service tickets; verification of vehicles, uniforms, products, equipment, and paperwork; coaching, training, and supporting the team; field coverage as needed; and assisting the Branch Manager to achieve monthly performance goals. Requires leadership, conflict resolution, strong communication, multitasking, and ability to work in a field/office hybrid environment with a valid driver's license and state licensing/certifications. Required Qualifications
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution
- Operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, other web-based portals)
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Proven ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to pass any state regulatory agency required licensing/certification exams
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
- Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
- Possess current Driver's License
- Meets company driving standards
- High school degree or equivalency, college preferred
