Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for leading the automotive service team, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, building a high-performing workforce, coordinating scheduling and training, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role oversees team development, LMS and vendor trainings, ASE certifications, dispatching of work orders, and maintaining a compliant, clean service department while collaborating with management and ensuring adherence to the service Code of Ethics and applicable regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
