Job Summary
Service Manager – Server & Cloud Security leads end-to-end security services for Red Bull’s global server and cloud environments, collaborating with managed service providers, stakeholders, and vendors to evolve security concepts, architectures, and controls across Windows and Linux. Responsibilities include defining and enforcing security standards, selecting and optimizing security tools (including cloud security posture management), driving initiatives to improve service performance and resilience, managing budgets and vendor relationships, and engaging global stakeholders to align on security goals and outcomes. Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT security or related fields, 3+ years in IT security focusing on server and cloud environments, hands-on experience with Azure/AWS/GCP, and strong communication skills in English (German a plus). The role is based in Elsbethen, Austria, and is an in-person position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience
- At least 3 years of experience in IT security, with a focus on server and cloud security environments
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS, GCP) and related security concepts
- Self-motivated team player with excellent communication and cooperation skills
- Good communication skills in English (German is a plus)
- Ability to manage budgets and vendor costs
- ITIL knowledge beneficial
- Stakeholder or customer management experience in cross-functional environment is a plus
