Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for leading VIP Automotive team to deliver an exceptional customer experience, maintain a safe and compliant service environment, oversee hiring and development of technicians, coordinate scheduling and training (LMS and ASE certifications), manage service desk operations, and ensure adherence to ethical standards and company policies. Requires strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and a thorough understanding of automotive servicing and the industry; minimum two years of related automotive service management experience and ASE/C1 certification are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1– Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
