Job Summary
Lead VIP's automotive service team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and earn customers for life. Responsibilities include building and developing a high-performing team, administering LMS and vendor training, ensuring ASE certifications are pursued, scheduling to meet customer demand, communicating effectively, guiding service advisors and technicians, managing work orders by first-available technician, coordinating safety compliance, and maintaining a clean, well-equipped service facility. The role requires strong leadership, customer focus, and deep understanding of automotive servicing and industry standards, with a standard 5-day workweek and a minimum of 50 hours per week. Exempt position.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
