Job Summary
Service Manager leading the Carroll, IA service department, driving operational performance, financial results, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for revenue and profitability, scheduling and workflow, team development, maintaining certifications, accurate work orders, and compliance with safety and environmental standards. Builds strong customer relationships, provides reliable repair estimates, and ensures timely, high-quality service across office and shop environments. Requires proven leadership in service/heavy equipment settings, mechanical/electrical/hydraulic knowledge, strong financial acumen, and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Proven leadership experience in service/mechanical/heavy equipment environments
- Strong understanding of agricultural and/or construction equipment systems
- Ability to manage financial performance, KPIs, and operational workflows
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
