Job Summary
Service Manager in Rochester, NH responsible for building an extraordinary team, ensuring safety, maintaining facility and equipment, enforcing compliance, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Leads hiring, development, and coaching of automotive service staff; manages scheduling, training (including LMS and ASE certifications), and daily operations; ensures adherence to the service code of ethics and regulations; oversees communication with management and policy administration at the location; standard work week includes 5 days and about 50 hours per week; requires strong leadership, communication, automotive service knowledge, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
