Job Summary
Oversee all shop operations, including directing work flow, implementing company procedures, and ensuring safety protocols are followed for team and customers. Directly instruct, coach, and manage shop technicians while facilitating daily tool inspections and equipment maintenance scheduling. Review and maintain Shop Monkey documentation, enforce TIA and ALI guidelines, and perform secondary torque verification on all vehicles. Manage product ordering through vendors, complete weekly truck maintenance, and assist in hiring, recruiting, and training new personnel. Ensure daily cleaning schedules are met, manage customer returns, and complete weekly safety audits.
