Job Summary
Oversee all shop operations, including directing work flow through Shop Monkey and enforcing safety procedures for team members and customers. Directly instruct, coach, and train shop technicians while ensuring daily equipment inspections, maintenance scheduling, and proper torque procedures are executed. Manage the shop work schedule, order products via 1st Call and vendors, and handle return-to-vendor paperwork and customer special orders. Assist in hiring, recruiting, and training personnel, while completing weekly truck maintenance, monthly safety audits, and daily cleaning schedules. Ensure all TIA, ALI, and company guidelines are implemented and enforced.
