Oversee everyday operations of the Service Department, including training employees, managing customer and staff relationships, and utilizing diagnostic abilities to support service calls. Handle rotating Saturday shifts with general hours from 7:30am to 5:30pm, plus on-call availability for after-hour service requests, with overtime available when needed. The role requires strong organizational skills, automotive mechanical knowledge, and computer proficiency to succeed in this position.
