Job Summary
Lead field and shop service operations for REIC Rentals in Denver, overseeing technician assignments, shop readiness, equipment maintenance, and customer service excellence. Serve as the first-line technical support for troubleshooting and equipment issues, coach and mentor technicians, manage service orders and purchase requisitions, drive safety and process-improvement initiatives, and ensure equipment meets operational standards ready for service. Travel domestically and internationally to support cross-functional teams and field deployments. Maintain a safe, organized shop, ensure proper training and adherence to safety/quality procedures, and collaborate with the Technical Services Director to resolve field equipment issues.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or technical certification preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of technical or field service experience related to heavy and/or HVAC equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of equipment maintenance and repair
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and business systems (inventory, work order, or ERP tools)
- Valid driver's license (passport required for international travel)
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and work in shop/field environments as needed
