Responsibilities include managing work orders from opening to closing, scheduling and aligning technicians to jobs, maintaining clear internal and customer communications, and developing a capable team focused on consistent, world-class service. Key skills include leadership, customer service, effective communication, tech-savviness with service/software systems, workflow and priority management, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry. The role requires valid U.S. work authorization and is based in West Haven, UT with a full-time schedule and a compensation range of $75,000–$90,000 per year plus bonus potential and benefits.
Required Qualifications
