Job Summary
Lead high‐level service support for Work Truck Bodies and Lifting Systems across North America as the regional technical expert. Support dealers, service partners, and end users with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting. Conduct on‐site service visits, provide training, and build strong partner relationships. Work with cross-functional teams to communicate market issues and resolve technical challenges. Requirement includes a High School Diploma, with a technical or business degree preferred, and over 10 years of experience in relevant systems. Strong leadership and technical skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- 10+ years’ experience in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Technical proficiency in reading specifications, diagrams, and installation manuals
- Outstanding customer service skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Technical or business degree preferred
- Second-language skills (German, Spanish, or French) beneficial
