Job Summary
Service Manager to lead HVAC service department, overseeing dispatch, service estimators, and technicians; responsibilities include scheduling, recruiting/training, performance appraisals, safety meetings, quotes/invoices/PM inspections, vendor coordination, budget monitoring, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Requires 10+ years HVAC experience, 5+ years leadership, HVAC certification and EPA license, strong leadership and communication, and ability to work non-standard hours. Must have valid driver’s license and proficiency with service software and MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years HVAC industry experience
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing others
- Valid HVAC certification and EPA license
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in service software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read schematics and control circuits related to HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
