Job Summary
Lead service team to deliver an exceptional automotive service experience by building and developing a high-performing staff, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, managing service operations and workflow, coordinating training and certifications (ASE, C1), and maintaining a clean, compliant service facility while upholding the company’s mission to earn automotive customers for life. The role requires strong leadership, communication, organizational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive servicing and industry practices; responsibilities include hiring, coaching, scheduling, directing work orders, maintaining safety training, and enforcing ethics and service standards.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
