Job Summary
Service Manager at Pomp’s Tire Service responsible for diagnosing tire issues, scheduling service with customers, delegating tasks to service employees to maintain workflow, supporting inventory management, assisting in shop operations, following up on past-due accounts, and ensuring proper training and development for staff. Strong emphasis on customer communication, leadership, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace; familiarity with MaddenCo software is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to pass pre-employment driver’s file
- Experience in management and sales (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to read and verify work order details accurately
- Familiarity with relevant software (MaddenCo) is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds occasionally
