Service Manager - Pest Control

Job Summary
Supervise and lead a team of field technicians, assigning tasks and ensuring adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements for pest control, termite treatments, and moisture remediation. Manage daily field operations, including scheduling inspections, treatments, and structural remediation, while conducting regular quality assurance inspections to verify compliance with manufacturer specifications and state guidelines. Handle on-site customer interactions, resolve escalated service issues, and train technicians on equipment usage, safety procedures, and industry best practices. Monitor inventory levels, enforce confined-space safety protocols, and maintain accurate documentation for performance and compliance reporting. State Certified Applicator license required; ability to lift 50 pounds and work in challenging environmental conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of three years of pest control service experience
- Prior supervisory or operations management experience with a results-driven company
- Proven leadership capabilities
- State Certified Applicator license or ability to obtain one
- Endorsements covering termite work
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead teams effectively
- Detail-oriented
- Organized
- Customer-focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle
- Ability to work in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays
