Job Summary
Service Manager at Hy-Vee leads customer service excellence across the grocery department, supervises store staff, plans and adjusts work schedules, trains employees, enforces safety and store policies, and aims to deliver a friendly shopping experience. Required Qualifications
- High School or equivalent experience
- Two years or more of similar or related work experience preferred
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
