Job Summary
Maintain a positive attitude and greet customers by name to ensure prompt, efficient, and friendly service throughout the store. Supervise and coordinate employee activities, assign duties, and evaluate performance for promotions or disciplinary actions. Manage inventory by ordering merchandise, verifying deliveries, and adjusting displays to meet demands. Compile sales and inventory reports, handle cash registers, and ensure compliance with safety policies and store guidelines. Address customer issues, train staff on procedures, and solve practical problems affecting job performance. Work in a fast-paced environment requiring physical stamina, lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally, and adherence to strict hygiene and dress standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18+
- High School or equivalent experience
- Two years or more of similar or related work experience preferred
- Must be able to physically perform medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and 20 pounds of force frequently, and 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
- Must be able to perform the following physical activities: Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching, standing, walking, pulling, lifting, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a pre employment drug screen
