Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, supervising store staff, planning and assigning work, training employees, enforcing store policies, and ensuring safe, profitable store operations. Duties include greeting customers, guiding them to products, handling customer inquiries, scheduling and coordinating activities across departments, evaluating employee performance, enforcing safety procedures, training staff on store policies, and maintaining merchandise displays and pricing strategies. Strong emphasis on leadership, customer focus, teamwork, problem solving, and maintaining a positive, professional store environment. Requires High School or equivalent experience and prior related work experience preferred. This role reports to the District Store Director and Store Manager, with responsibilities across multiple departments and a fast-paced retail setting.
