Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for providing prompt, friendly customer service and supervising store employees across departments; leads scheduling, training, and evaluation of staff; ensures adherence to safety, policies, and merchandising standards; fosters a positive, customer-focused environment with frequent interaction with customers, guides employees to assist customers, and manages day-to-day operations to support store profitability. Requires strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and ability to train and coach staff; must ensure accurate execution of store policies, pricing, inventory, cash handling, and safety procedures. Primary duties include customer service leadership, staff supervision, planning and adjusting work schedules, enforcing policies, addressing customer issues, and coordinating with managers to achieve store goals. Education and experience: High School or equivalent experience; two years or more of similar or related work preferred. Physical demands include medium physical activity with lifting and long shifts; fast-paced environment with exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures.
