Service Manager

Service Manager at Hy-Vee responsible for providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service, supervising and coordinating employees across store operations, training and enforcing safety procedures, planning schedules, and ensuring overall store effectiveness. Must foster a positive, professional environment, greet customers, assist with product locations, handle customer feedback, manage pricing and merchandise placement, and maintain compliance with store policies. Requires leading by example, strong communication, problem solving, and ability to work in a fast-paced grocery environment. Anticipated hourly starting wage ranges from $16.50 to $20.60, depending on experience. Education: High School or equivalent experience; two years+ related work preferred. Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 20 pounds frequently; routine standing, walking, and other duties as described. Employment contingent upon successful pre-employment drug screen.
