Job Summary
Service Manager leading the Park Place Porsche Dallas service department, aligning technician training, recruiting and supervision, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting Asbury standards. Responsibilities include supervising technicians, maintaining tools and equipment, coordinating with service advisors and the Service Director, training staff, managing workflow to achieve customer-pay repair order growth, reviewing technical bulletins, and promoting collaboration across dealership teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least eighteen years of age
- Must have a valid driver’s license and meet company MVR policy requirements
- Must be able to pass pre-employment screens (background and drug test)
- Must possess effective supervisory and leadership skills
- Ability to repair and maintain customer vehicles; supervise and train technicians; manage service department to achieve customer satisfaction goals
- Experience in service department operations, customer relations, training, and collaboration with service advisors and management
