Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for day-to-day operation of the branch's service and maintenance department, planning, directing, and controlling activities to meet policies and customer needs. Establishes short and long-term operating and financial goals, maintains communications across departments, develops policies for positive customer relationships, and coordinates warranty claims. Requires proven leadership, excellent communication, strong work ethic, and willingness to work extra hours; CDL preferred; physical ability to lift 75 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Must have prior experience in related field.
- Prior Supervisory Experience preferred.
- CDL Preferred
- Ability to lift/push/pull 75lbs
