Job Summary
Service Manager to oversee the RV service department, manage technicians and support staff, schedule and supervise repair and maintenance, focus on customer satisfaction, maintain accurate records of service activities, collaborate with sales and parts, monitor performance metrics, ensure safety and compliance, and lead continuous improvement in service operations.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a service manager or in a similar managerial role within the automotive or RV industry
- Strong knowledge of RV systems, maintenance, and repair procedures
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or business education is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- RVIA/RVDA certifications - preferred
