Job Summary
Directs the Yard Technician, Shop Technician, and Machine Technician at various levels of maintenance, repair, and rental preparation; organizes field service runs and repair schedules; performs cost/benefit analysis on major repairs, orders, and tracks parts; manages shop traffic; supplements technicians as needed; assists the rental counter and the Operations Manager; maintains parts inventory and communicates with field service personnel; quotes service repairs; opens/closes work orders; invoices completed quotes/work orders within 72 hours; maintains a safe work environment and adheres to safety policies; participates in safety meetings and continuous improvement initiatives; requires valid driver's license and supervisory experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in managing a team is required.
