Job Summary
Conduct daily front-of-house operations by managing Guest Services, servers, bartenders, and concessions to ensure consistent luxury service standards. Supervise hourly staff through hiring, on-boarding, and coaching while leading pre-shift meetings to drive sales goals and promotions. Oversee In-Seat Dining processes, auditorium sales, and facility cleanliness, auditing staff performance against KPI boards and adjusting operations based on sales data. Prepare weekly schedules via HotSchedules and handle special events as needed. Partner with the Regional Projectionist on film ingestion and system maintenance. Work non-exempt hours including holidays, nights, and weekends, reporting directly to the Assistant General Manager.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of bar and restaurant management
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Full service background, have restaurant knowledge, including inventory control and operations
- Standing, walking, lifting, twisting, bending, and traversing stairs on a frequent basis
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment
- Proven leadership and motivational skills
- Displays a professional appearance and is a positive role model within the restaurant and Support office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong decision-making skills
- Equally comfortable communicating, negotiating, and working with guests, peers, direct reports, vendors or partners
- High guest satisfaction expectations and focus

- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Must be able to light lift 25lbs to 50lbs occasionally with assistance
- Regularly works in a theater environment where typical levels of noise, dust and activity can be expected
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality or related field
- ServSafe certification
