Job Summary
Service Manager for Hoist & Crane Service Group in New Orleans responsible for managing field operations and profitability. Oversees scheduling with planners, monitors job costs, procurement, and accounting functions. Analyzes financial impacts of field operations on branch performance and collaborates with the Branch Manager to oversee Safety, Human Resources, and Recruiting duties. Provides technical troubleshooting support, ensures tooling requirements and parts availability, and assists with safety programs. Requires 5+ years of field or industrial experience with supervisory or management experience, strong communication, proficiency with computers, and knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems; must pass pre-employment drug tests and background checks; able to lift 50 pounds and sustain long periods of sitting or standing.
