Job Summary
Oversee service center operations as a Service Manager, ensuring technicians are organized in appointment scheduling and service tickets, verifying vehicles, uniforms, products, equipment, and paperwork are in order, and coaching/mentoring team members in conflict resolution and effective communication to deliver a consistently excellent customer experience. The role involves hands-on field support, training, and assisting the Branch Manager to achieve monthly performance goals, with accountability for leadership, multitasking, and using internal software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to drive sales results and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- Industry experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated leadership abilities
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Conflict resolution
- Operate internal applications and software (Paycom, PestPac, Applicant Pro, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based portals)
- Proven track record in achieving sales results
- Proven ability to multitask
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic math skills
- Ability to pass any state regulatory agency-required licensing/certification exams
- Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) work week
- Accessible after hours (including weekends/holidays)
- Possess current Driver's License
- High school degree or equivalency, college preferred
