Job Summary
Service Manager role overseeing the branch Service Department operations, directing activities to meet growth and profit objectives, developing annual/monthly sales and profit plans, coordinating warranty processing, coordinating with Parts and Outside Sales, promoting safety and customer relations, and ensuring policy adherence. Requires leadership and supervisory experience with a CDL preferred and a focus on service quality, labor sales improvement, and cross-department communication within a multi-state diesel truck dealership environment.
Required Qualifications
- CDL preferred
- Minimum of four years’ experience in related field
- Must display excellent leadership and communication skills
- Requires previous supervisory experience
- Must have positive can-do attitude
- Must have strong work ethics and commitment to extra hours when needed
