Service Manager (Multi-Family, Raleigh)

Oversee physical property standards and legal compliance while supervising maintenance staff, selecting hires, and providing technical direction for repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems. Manage service request tracking, resolve overdue orders, and conduct mechanical walks on new construction. Establish preventive maintenance schedules, monitor parts inventories, and ensure accurate documentation of EPA logs, safety records, and warranty repairs. Coordinate with third-party vendors, address safety hazards, and support the property manager in budget control and emergency situations. Requires Wake County CFO and CPO designation for pool/freon management.
