Job Summary
Service Manager (Maintenance) responsible for day-to-day maintenance operations of the assigned property to ensure facilities meet Company standards and applicable laws. Responsibilities include scheduling, monitoring, and performing preventative maintenance; coordinating daily maintenance operations; directing and supervising maintenance staff; planning and assigning tasks; training and coaching maintenance team members.
Required Qualifications
- Comprehension of federal fair housing laws and any applicable local housing provisions
- Ability to comprehend and work within budgetary guidelines
- Knowledge of general property repairs (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywalling, exterior structural, and appliances)
