Service Manager leads VIP’s automotive service team in Milford, NH to deliver exceptional customer experiences by building a high-performing, safety-conscious staff, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations, and coordinating scheduling, training (including LMS and ASE certifications), and communications to support vehicle service needs and VIP’s mission to earn automotive customers for life.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- Equipment Safety Certification
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
