Job Summary
Lead Midwest Mechanical's service operations to deliver exceptional customer experience, manage maintenance agreements and project work, optimize gross profit, and supervise field personnel. Responsibilities include coordinating manpower, budgets, and subcontracting; conducting regular customer visits and maintaining strong customer relationships; driving revenue through quotes, sales support, and lead generation; ensuring safety training and compliance; and providing status and planning reports to leadership. Requires HVAC experience, team leadership, negotiation, and familiarity with common office software; field systems experience is a plus.
