Service Manager

Lead and manage multiple Employment Services sites within the Wollongong & Southern Ranges area in NSW, ensuring KPI delivery, clear direction for operations, and a culture of high performance. Responsible for supervising and coaching a team, providing timely financial reporting and forecasting, and maintaining governance and risk oversight. Foster client-focused service excellence, liaise with external and internal stakeholders, and drive sustainable employment placements for clients and employers. Must hold a current Driver’s Licence and be committed to the organisation’s purpose of connecting people and business.
