Job Summary
Service Manager role coordinating multiple sites in the Wollongong & Southern Ranges Employment Services Area (NSW), overseeing team performance to meet KPIs, providing leadership, supervision, coaching, and growth opportunities, delivering timely financial reporting and forecasting, and ensuring governance and client-focused service delivery. Leads a team to motivate and support clients toward sustainable employment, liaising with internal and external stakeholders to drive outcomes. Requires driving licence and commitment to values-driven employment services.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in customer service or a client facing role
- Experience in management and leading a team
- Hold a current Drivers Licence
