Job Summary
Experienced Service Manager sought to oversee wireless communications, data, and security service operations in the Atlanta/North Georgia region. Responsible for scheduling multiple projects, driving daily WIP completion, boosting team morale, providing frequent feedback, and managing contract renewals and large maintenance budgets ($100K–$800K). Collaborates with leadership (GM/VP) and direct reports, and promotes MCA safety initiatives. Travel about 25% with possible overnight stays. Must be adept at coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring safe, efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience (average 5 years) in service/maintenance leadership
- Experience managing mid to large projects
- Ability to drive contract renewals and negotiate renewals independently
- Proven ability to manage recurring maintenance budgets between $100K and $800K
- Excellent scheduling, team morale, and feedback skills
- Ability to interact with GM/VP and direct reports professionally
- Willingness to travel ~25% with some overnight travel
- Physical ability to perform duties including standing, walking, lifting up to 15 pounds, and equipment maintenance
