Job Summary
Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management, while managing day-to-day operations for a service licensed for over 100 children per day. Foster healthy relationships with parents, schools, and the community, and ensure quality and compliance in service delivery in line with the NQF. Plan, organize, and deliver engaging child-centred educational and recreational activities that support positive behaviour and social-emotional development for children aged 5-12 years. Grow attendance to support children and families. The role is full-time (38 hours per week) in block shifts with approximately 5.5 hours per week in direct ratio hours, offering paid admin hours and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years' experience working with children in a leadership position or a similar role
- Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state-required check
- Clear and professional communication
