Job Summary
Service Manager responsible for leading the automotive service team in Manchester, CT, fostering a safety-focused, customer-centric environment, coordinating hiring and coaching, ensuring all associates complete LMS and relevant vendor training, maintaining facility and equipment, overseeing service requests and vehicle conditions communication, and ensuring compliance with Code of Ethics and regulatory requirements; requires ASE C1, P2, G1 certifications and a valid driver’s license, along with strong leadership, communication, scheduling, and process-management skills.
Required Qualifications
- Two years related experience in automotive service management
- Completion of two-year college or technical school program recommended
- Current, valid driver’s license issued in state of residence
- ASE Certification C1 – Service Consultant required
- ASE Certification P2 – Parts Specialist recommended
- ASE Certification G1 – Maintenance and light repair recommended
- State Inspection License Required (where applicable)
